B4 Boot Warranty

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your boots for a refund for any reason.  Only the price of the boot will be refunded and no shipping or handling fees will be refunded.   The boot must be returned in good condition and it must be clean and dry.  (See our FAQ for tips on how to clean your boots)  Boots not returned in a good condition and clean and dry will be charged a 15 percent handling fee.

All boots are subject to wear and tear.  Horses that do not travel cleanly will have abnormal wear show on the boot (please see our photo section on abnormal wear).   We can’t replace boots showing abnormal   wear from a horse interfering or dragging a hoof.  We suggest you also look at our FAQ page to get some info on how to make your boots last longer.
B4 boots are not designed to be worn with any style of horseshoe.  Using a B4 boot on a shod horse will void the warranty.   Please note,   it is obvious when horseshoes have been used inside the boots.  Please see the FAQ for info about balancing horses that have lost shoes or might only need boots on front hooves.

If you use a rubber mallet or hammer to apply a B4 boot it will void your warranty. 

Using B4 boots for speed events or jumping events will void the warranty.  Speed events include but are not limited to barrel racing, flat racing, pole bending.  Jumping events include but are not limited to Fox Hunting, Stadium Jumping, and Cross Country.  See the FAQ for more info
We are very willing to work with you concerning the boots.  We can offer repair for some problems and we can often reuse items from old boots and place them on new soles.  (see our info in our FAQ and our repair page  and recycling page)

If B4 boots makes a mistake and sends the wrong size instead of what you ordered, we will refund the price of the boot and the shipping/handling as long as the boot is returned in unused condition.
